| Well I decided to do this project and I made it as Historical as a Fake history can be and I think its good, so here it goes. Oh and also if you could post your own versions here as a reply. ^^ In the Winter of 1942, Capt. Kinnear who was serving under Gen. Patton was chosen to create the newest Division because of his skills of raising morale. It started as the 13th Infantry Division and was trained at Fort Knox. Its first Operation was The Invasion of Sicily in which it was chosen for the Assault on Palermo. During the Assault the division lost 2 thirds of its men from German Snipers in the town square alone, because of that fact the unit was shipped back to the states for deactivation, but before the unit could be deactivated The Battle of Monte Casino started and the unit had to be shipped back to the frontline in which under no commands they Assaulted the town of Jagd where they committed war crimes by killing the towns citizen and torturing the German soldiers. After the battle it made the army more determined to deactivate the unit but by direct order from President Roosevelt it was to be turned into an Airborne Division. It was sent on a 100% no survival mission against Germany by doing a daring raid into Southern France and taking out a radio thereby cutting off their radio transmission allowing the Americans a surprise attack into Southern France. Unfortunately for the army command 20% of the unit survived to live to D-Day. After the army reinforced the unit they were sent off in a 100 C-97s to Normandy where they would cut off key Bridges, Artillery Batteries, and Bunkers then attack a town called Carentan. After destroying the key bridges near Carentan they decided to Assault the large town with out the 82nd Airborne and the 101st Airborne which ended them up in a Large Church, pinned down with no way out for 2 weeks. When they finally were rescued by the 101st Airborne they were immediately sent to the west side of the town to help set up defenses for the impending German Counter-Attack. The next day all that was left of the 13th Airborne was Col. Kinnear, 1st Lt. Alsafar, CWO. Zahadoom, WO Pennington, SSG. Mueller, Pfc. Williams, Pfc. Chekov, and Pvt. Bando. The week after the battle each man earned a Personal Citation from President Truman himself. For the next 2 months it was deactivated until it could get more soldiers, when it finally did get enough the unit was sent to the front lines of the Bastogne Tree Line for defense. The next month Col. Kinnear was sick of waiting so he decided to attack the nearest town Colmar. When the town was brutally taken the unit committed more war crimes. After Hitler commited scuicide, The unit agreed to share half the Tresure in the Eagles Nest with the 101st Airborne. The unit was not deactivated till 1945. The next year Col. Kinnear was charged for war crimes and sent to jail for life and took all the officers of the 13th Airborne with him. Yep its done (finally lol) hope you liked it.
